Just watched Braveheart again for the millionth time. I have to say...Angus, you should have won an Oscar for that performance. The expressions on your face were just gut wrenching when you betrayed William and when your \"father\" betrayed you. Honestly, I felt that pain. Brilliantly done. And honestly, Mel is a fine looking man but when you came on the screen....well, sorry Mel...you took many women\'s breath away.

I must say....most of my friends watch Braveheart to see Mel Gibson. Not me....I watch for the guy who plays the \"Bruce\". So much better looking than Mel. (Shhh, so not to hurt Mel\'s feelings ).
Angus, you are a great actor, I have followed you over the years, I just wanted to say keep up the great work!!! I love ya!!!

It was wonderful to see Angus guest on the Republic of Doyle last weekend. Canadian show on CBC (1st new episode of the season).

I was so wonderfully shocked when I watched "We Bought A Zoo", and saw you in it (and in a kilt, no less - I love a man in a kilt)! It was a nice bonus surprise! I enjoyed your role in this movie, but your role as Robert The Bruce in "Braveheart" is still my favourite because you expressed such passion! My heart still aches for Robert when I watch this movie today.

I think you should be in more films because I liked your acting in 'Braveheart'

The first film I have seen you acting was Braveheart, and this was the role I liked most of all the film. One of the last parts was in an episode of "Lie to me" which was great as well. I admire you deeply for your performances, compared to other actors which get their merits through scandals or "good looks". (Even though I love your looks!)
I live in Switzerland, but my heart belongs to Scotland, and being Scottish makes you even more attractive.

Since 1996 and per every Hogmanay I watch Braveheart knowing that it is a version of my history Hollywood style and of course Angus does he role very well.. I just watched Angus in Shadowheart the other day and had a hard time seeing him in such a bad guy role-he did a great job of being a sociopathic ************* want to say really appreciate the visibility he does for Glasgow Scotland, my birthplace.
