Hi there,
I am new to this and I am responsible to organize something for our 140 volunteers. Our even is a one day a year event and most volunteers give about 5 hours of there time. Last year they did a pizza party right after the event but alot of volunteers did not stay for it. Any ideas??

Hi there, you might want to try the pizza party or an ice cream sundae party at the beginning of your event.
