teacher giving a volunteer appreciation social "beach/summer theme"

Need help with ideas to do at our volunteer appreciation social. We will be serving smoothies to all of the volunteers. I'm going to decorate with palm trees, seashells and beach umbrellas. Need help with inexpensive gifts, door prizes and slogans. And any other suggestions you might have!!

GO TO YOUR VENDORS!!! I HAVE FOUND THEY WILL GIVE YOU GIFT CARDS FOR DOOR PRIZES. LOOK AT ORIENTAL TRADING COMPANY FOR INEXPENSIVE GIFTS.
