MAKE IT A HOLLYWOOD NIGHT. HAVE A RED CARPET. MAYBE AWARD EMMYS TO YOUR VOLUNTEERS, PARTY CITY HAD THEM IN MARCH. POSSIBLY HAVE CATAGORIES THAT YOU HAVE NOMINATIONS FOR AND AWARD THE BEST, IE BEST MUSICAL GROUP OR BEST CHURCH SERVICE.

Use the red carpet idea but put stars with each person's name under the star on the floor next to the red carpet so that it looks like a Hollywood Walk of Fame. Hand the person that is going to be recognized with an "Emmy Award" and then have each person personally escorted to their seat.

This is an idea that I want to use for teachers but by using it first thing in the morning and then have students escort the teachers to their classroom.
