hello everyone, i'm in need of idea's and themes for a little get together with all my volunteers. there are about 40 of us from all ages so i need it to be fun as well as exciting. also if you could give me an idea of things to give away that would also be nice. thank you

You may want to try an ice cream social or something with a carnival theme if you have a large number of children.
