Hi Everyone!

The officers of our volunteer guild thought it would be a good idea if this holiday season the guild received a "Thank you" letter or card from the Managing Director of our organization. I thank the volunteers regularly, but I think they feel it means more if it comes from someone higher up. Our manager doesn't work with the guild on a regular basis, so I worry that the thank you will seem impersonal as he doesn't know what each person contributes. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can pull this off?
