Suggestions please. I am currently organising a volunteer open day. The purpose is to recruit volunteers and make the community aware there is a need for everyone to work together to improve their area. I would like any ideas which will help make the day sucessful.

This is a new volunteer project which is charity based so cost need to be kept to a minimum. Thank you for your time Annette
