I am the Volunteer Coordinator for a school district. We have approximately 1300 students grades K-8. I currently use 200 volunteers in various capacities. I have attended 2 seminars that have provided me with some useful ideas. One is "Motivation & Management" and the other is "The Care & Feeding of Volunteers". They are offered by Bill Wittich.
