One idea that we have tried is giving each volunteer a gift with the name of the church (or logo if you have one) on it. Ours was for the Sunday School teachers so we gave them a light weight book bag. We also printed a business card for each person with their name on it, we laminated it using luggage tag laminating seals, and put it on the bag. That way since we had over 60 bags, all identical, with the id tag on it, it was easy to tell whose it was when it got left in the sanctuary.



We did this over 5 years ago and some folks are still using them.
