I am a manager at a christian ministry in north carolina. We run a donated clohting store, the volunteers and I. Every month we have volunteer of the month (or u can have one every other month if u have a small staff)and post it on our bullentin board specifically designed for volunteers only. We have a small newsletter that goes out every three months that lets them know whats going on in the organization and well as information about other volunteers. We want to stay foucused on them. every three months we have a birthday party, Ex: for jan.feb.march, we will have a party in march, and so on. covered dish or u can supply the food.
