Unlike many programs, our volunteers don't volunteer on a daily basis all year long where they can be rewarded with an "end of the year party" and "gift." We have about 5 large events - some people volunteer at 1 others volunteer at all 5. Should we give 5 separate and distinct gifts at the end of the year at a big party? Just a single gift after each event? A bigger gift the more you volunteer?
