Lets all show up on April 29 to show how much we "LOVE" Kailua. Unlike the commercial interests that seem to think it is ok to develop Kailua without discussion with the community, we believe that we SHOULD be consulted and our ideas and views respected. This is not what is happening. While the "I LOVE KAILUA" party is always a good idea, it is not a "community" event but a commercial event designed to promte Kailua to those outside of Kailua. Let demonstrate to these commercial interests (you know who ou are!) that this community cares about what happens here and how it happens. Protest the commercial over develpment of Kailua on April 29th and show how much you LOVE Kailua!
I hope you all have a parade permit or are ready to be arrested. Hmmm, unlawful assembly, trespassing, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace (yes, you can disturb the peace with a moment of silence).
