and i was just trying to think of all the little points that made these books so clever and make me think Lynsay is amazin

Also in AQB, Lissianna is thinking about the fact that she can't read Greg, that she's never run across the problem before. She remembers that Mirabeau said she had come across it once but was able to read the guy while biting him. Could this be an early allusion to the fact that she has met her lifemate already?

Yeah I like the "AHA" moment at the end of ABTR. Marcus had said that Marguerite was the only who could help Christian find his mother.

That should have really tipped us off. Must have been the lack of blood cell while reading that didn't. Marcus sneaking in while Marguerite was sleeping was a surprise.

JK Rowling does things like that too in her Harry Potter Series.
I wonder what she'll do now that it's over except for the movies of course.

Well, if J.K. Rowling does turn out to be a one-hit 7 book wonder, she can certainly afford it. I know I've done my share to contribute to her wealth.

However, she loves to write and all she has ever wanted to be was a writer, so maybe some more good things will be accomplished. From things I've read, she is a little nervous about how any future non-Harry Potter works that she writes will be received.

I remember thinking when Marcus said that in ABTR that maybe Marguerite knew Christian's mom when she was in England, that they had been friends.

I also was tricked in ABTR too. Because I couldn't get pass the fact that Lily's eyes didn't have silver in them so she couldn't been immortal. And then you find she was wearing contacts.

I am going back a rereading the series..I have jut finished LB and am on to #3,
but it has been so long since i read ABTR, i can't wait to get to it....
I do remember Christian and Marcus...and I know that looking back Marcus through some hints there, I am wondering if they are going to be easy to pick up on them now that I know his dirty little secret!!

That's why I like to re-read the books. You pick up on the hints that were dropped before you knew what to look for. I'm sure it will be that same after each book.

Actually you find out that both of them knew who Marguerite was. Christian pretended too because he had that pic that Julius kept and he figured out who it was

That should have raised a red flag.
