Am up in Washington right now seeing my mom and called the local Barnes and Noble they have the Perfect wife and are holding a copy behind the counter for me. Yippee! I finally get to get a copy. Can't wait to read it. Just about finished with Angela Knights Master of the Moon. Should finish it tonight just in time to read the Perfect Wife.
I am planing on getting the Perfect Wife on Friday and I have pre-order A Quick Bite. I can hardly wait to read both books I sure they are going to be excellence reads.
I just finished it....Started chuckling as soon as I opened the book. Husband looked at me and said...Ah ...I see you finally got that new Lynsay Sands book:)
I enjoyed the whole book....Thank You Lynsay:)
I am loving this book. It will be one of my favorites. It's so funny. I love how Paen(is it pronounced pain?) is so intent on building her self esteem.
Cher
I got The Perfect Wife yesterday morning and finished this afternoon. It was fantastic, one of my new favs, isn't Paen fantastic, need to find me a guy like that since im a bit on the curvy side.
Well done Lynsay another briliant book cant wait for A Quick Bite
I got the Perfect Wife from the library Friday on my lunch break and had it finish before bed time. It is very good read. I like how your heroine isn't super model slender. You get two big thumbs up from me on making a normal size woman the heroine. The only thing I didn't care for the book is the cover. It looks like it belongs on a western romance. I have spent today rereading my favorite parts. just a really good book.
I know what you mean, Brenda. I wasn't too pleased with it myself. I don't know why they've started those covers on me. I kept pushing for cute, funny type covers, something to let the reader know what to expect. The covers for both The Chase and The Perfect Wife are...hmm...well you just can't tell what type of books they are. Unfortuantely, I don't have a say in the covers. Ah well...
Ive read this one and also finished it the same day, and its great to read about a chubby girl getting the guy as its normally only the slender women who strike it lucky.
