Hi everyone,
Just to let you know that the final planner for the holidays will be on the website tomorrow. I know that you all need to get your gear organised for the theme nights in advance so the theme nights are Thursday 2nd August Irish Night / Saturday 4th August Monster ball/ Saturday 11th August Toga party . We do have some volunteers for some of the events as you can see on the programme but all other events can only take place if we get more volunteers so please when you arrive on site come and let us know if you are willing to help out with any event. You will not be left on your own to organise these events. We will always make sure you have other volunteers with you. There may also be other activities happening weather permitting but the planner will be displayed and kept updated on the clubhouse notice board. Looking forward to seeing you all and hope you all have a fabulous holiday in the Lordship.
