Hi Breda,
Glad you asked. I was aiming to post a new version of the planner but have been side tracked all week.
Quick update: Theme nights have moved to Saturday nights, the nights the bands are on. It's looking like "Monsters Ball" and a "Toga Party".
Friday nights will be race nights, one horse racing and the other dog racing (I believe)
The first Thursday is going to be Irish night (replacing pig racing). I haven't got official confirmation of this or the details but I believe Ingrid is organizing.
Other than that new other real changes. Family days out are still TBC.
I plan to print a copy of the planner and also shower times, pub opening times etc. and distribute to people as they arrive on site.
Other suggestions are more than welcome 
Thanks Eric. Will you let me know if anyone has volunteered to do the Kids Club with me for the two mornings? As I'm sure you are aware of the Child Protection Policy, I can't do it on my own!

Eric - Just to clarify - is Jenny doing the Kids Club with me on Monday 30th July and Thursday 2nd August?
