sir want to now about this disable person languages because they come to interview all person can't understand to answer the questions! so if there is any separate courses or available can u tell me.....i want to learn and help this kind of people

At first I have got to say that I don't think I can help you. But maybe if you could be more specific for me (and maybe others) about what kind of languages disabled people you mean, as in body language or verbal language (or a combination not to forget). Someone hopefuly can give you some helpful tips.

And not to forget, it also might be helpful to know what kind of disablement the person in question has.
