Just wanted to let you know about my experience with Big Dollar Casino. I downloaded their software. Purchased on my real account. They offered a bonus on your first purchase. I followed their instructions and received an email that my request for the bonus had been received. I waited the 72 hours as their email stated it may take. It was not there. I emailed their support and was told that I was not eligible for the bonus because I already had an account with them. I knew I had never played there before. I wrote back telling them that and asked for the account number. However,they wrote back and said the account was not in my name, but that the addresses on the two accounts matched. So, I called. Finally, someone there found out what was going on. The other account holder and I have the same p.o. number, but in 2 different states. So, I was told the bonus would be there witin 12 hours. Still not there. I emailed back and was told that they were having software problems, and that it could be another 72 hours. I waited. Still not there. I sent another email, the bonus was there within a few minutes of sending the email.


I think customer service is very important when dealing with a casino. This was the worst experience I have had. I will not play there anymore.
