So was I. I was at the heart of the conflict when it started. I lived near Ormaphita. I was with 5 others left behind when 5 LAA Wing was disbanded and the unit moved to the Far East. I worked closely with Winco Roberts and joined 3 LAA Wing. Patrolled the 'Wall' Moved to Limassol and lived in Pallas St near the bypass. My first son was born shortly after the fighting broke out in Limmassol near my house.
