it is with regret I have to say that news has filtered thro' that Bill Chapman RAF has passed away .
Bill, in retirment , lived in Mission, Vancouver , Canada.
I meet Bill in KL when we were presented with our Pingat Jasa Malaysia.medal by the prime minister.
Bill was a true gentleman and no doubt will be very much missed by his family and friends.
God rest his Soul.
