Sure! You can create new food groups to add new foods to custom categories. Launch the help screen and tap on the icon with the "edit category" description. That will take you to a simple editor that let's you modify/delete existing categories or create new ones.

What a great program! Free too! Is there anyway to make your own food group? For instance a Pasta group.
For some reason I only get "about this app" under the help menu. Is there some other way to edit the catagories?
