I'm a Ipaq owner myself and have been playing around with a new development system for it - but unfortunately, I have not had the time to build a pocket pc version of CarbCheck. The current version runs only on Palm devices. I've heard of a Palm emulator to run on PPCs but have not been able to locate it and don't know if it would let CarbCheck run. If you ever happen to find a copy, you may want to try and let us know how it went.
