World Gym Fitness and Sportscomplex in Norwich, Ct is running a program specifically for homeschool children. The program will run twice a week in 6 week sessions continuing throughout the year. The programs goal will be to educate kids about the importance of things like fitness and nutrition. It will also teach children how to play sports like soccer, basketball, tennis, lacrosse and much more. There will be presidential fitness testing by a certified physical education teacher each session. It's an opportunity for homeschool children to get a physical education component in their studies as well as interact with other homeschool children. The program will be starting in September, final dates and program brochure available in early August.
