Ok folk, Anthony called me today to explain the situation and I am all for what they are doing. Just wanted to let everyone know, this is a good way to get your teams qualified. I figured I was reading into it wrong. Anthony, took the time out of his day and explained the situation to me, this is why I fish Federation nation.
