Judge Christine Goldsmith just awarded my ex husband full legal custody without determining what is best for our children. She said that I may not seek redress because she has already ruled on this case and that the FCS can not be involved further. How can I get a new judge? She has also ordered the children to go to a new school district outside of where they have always gone. There is no justification for this!! I have been the kids primary caregiver for 15 years. A stay at home mom with no drinking, drugs or emotional problems. My ex had an affair after 20 years of marriage and this is what the kids get? The best needs of our 3 children are in no ways being met!!! I find Judge Christine Goldsmith extremely biased and unfair!
