Judge Christine Goldsmith was instantly partial to the tracer hired by my ex because her son took a class with the tracer in college. The tracer, Bob Wesley, was inaccurate in his report because he did not look at bank deposits, or any checks written on bank statements. He did not accurate account for many of my ex's expenses with his daughter's college fees, and her credit card. Mr. Wesley only received his facts from what my ex told him and they were many lies. The judge ruled that I have to pay 1/2 of the 2007 taxes my ex paid and yet my w-2 form was never used on his taxes. And the judge did not rule that my ex would have to pay 1/2 of my 2007 taxes and I did use his w-2 form. This is totally wrong inaccurate. Also, the judge ruled that my ex paid for all the furniture since he bought it with is fraud insurance money. And yet, I stated in the courtroom during the trial that I paid for many pieces of the furniture during the marriage and I have receipts to prove it. The judge gave the car to my ex because he wrote the check on his rental property line of credit and yet the money he paid the line of credit off with came from community funds. So my ex gets all the furniture, the car and I have to pay half of his taxes. Judge Christine Goldsmith used a broad brush to come to her conclusions and did not review or consider all of the facts. She stated that Bob Wesley's report was what she based her opinion on and yet his report was full of inaccurate accounts and my lawyer totally proved that during trial. This is unfair and unjust. My side originally asked that a tracer be assigned to the case, but it was not allowed, yet my ex hired his own tracer and fills him full of lies and it is acceptable. I believe Judge Goldsmith was partial to the tracer and failed to review the fact that I did participate in this marriage and also legally filed my taxes. Yet, my ex who committed perjury over and over on the stand, fraudulently collected money from his employer to the point where his attorney told him to take the fifth, gets to keep all the furniture, the car, and I have to pay all his taxes. Where is the justice!!!!
