My brother was murdered in McCarr, Kentucky on April 22, 2003, it was ruled a suicide until I began questioning the detective and the state police. Now that I am making request for documents or photos pertaining to the case, I am being told that it is an open case and they can't release this information. All the officials in Kentucky are trying to cover up for each other. This has not stopped me from fighting for justice for Jay. I would like for anyone who was deceived or ignored by officials in the state of Kentucky, to please let me know their story.
