i was stationed at walker from 1956-1959. i worked in the com-nav shop in the 6th a&e. we had b36s when i first got there and got our b52e late in 1957. had a great time there at roswell. been back a few times for reunions. i left walker in 1959 and went to minot. didn't have any airplanes when i got there. finally got some kc135s. was discharged in 1960 and went to milwaukee. finally retired from the air force (active and reserve) in 1985. worked for the air force as an 'art' for 25 years. i now live in northern wisconsin. it would be nice to hear from anyone that was in a&e at walker between 1956-1959. just email me.
