Hi everyone!

This fun little quiz takes only a few minutes and helps us all know each other better. While Mr. Spice and House Elf Tori are looking over new forum software so that we will have an introductions area that will stay at the top, they allow us to "bump" it up as needed so that newbies or others who haven't completed it yet will not overlook it.

Why, thank you ever so much Mr. Spice...and we do count "Mr. Spice" around the forum as a nickname...at least for us. I like for everyone to fill out our quiz so I know a little something about who I'm posting with. Makes us a closer group, I think...and some of the others agree. Now, if you could just get House Elf and Mrs. Spice to take a few minutes and complete the quiz.

As for a beautifully made Long Island Iced Tea...haven't had one since my 21st birthday. First and last time for me to ever have one (or four...at least, that was my last count...after the other two drinks that had been bought for me. A number of friends found celebrating my birthday a lot of fun that night...until they had to call my father to come get me, as I thought that THEY were all a bit more than tipsy and unable to drive. ) Even if a correctly made one really does taste like Iced Tea, I spent the rest of my birthday rather , and so Long Island Iced Tea fell out of favour with me.

I hope 1967 is an important year. It looks very nice written in Roman Numerals. It's just that we had a unit in math on Roman Numerals last year and the Frog Prince (my dh) had the boys solving problems with Roman Numerals everyday for months. In math, repetition does get it ingrained in your brain.

Do you not "spring forward" and "fall back" in England? I love daylight savings time...I would be happy if we never had to "fall back." I'm not sure, but I think your ending time was before your beginning time. I'll have to look again, but if so, see how quickly someone can do the quiz!

Wren, I answered the questions in reverse order - I'm like that. Contrary is the word most that is probably the frequently applied. I have to say I'm delighted to know that you're taking notice.

They do change the clocks in the UK but there's a week or so difference in the date - and the change is from GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) to BST (British Summer Time). I simply don't know whether EST here is for summer or winter time, hence the slightly vague qualification of my answer. Also there is no 'fall back' in the UK since we don't have fall, we have autumn instead. Which brings us back to those ever present language differences again.

As for getting mrs spice & the house elf on board (on the board?) I'll try, but can't promise anything. I'm surprised Lynsay hasn't posted already, especially since she started the thread in the first place. Tsk tsk, mrs spice.

Somewhere on this forum is a thread where I made multiple posts that were never posting for some reason...like the fact that it had moved to a second page. I even had Mr. Spice, Lynsay, and House Elf Tori trying to figure it out...which they eventually did...and others besides you and me have either done the same thing or replied on a different thread by mistake. So, welcome to the "Where Did My Post Go Club?" Just shows you post often enough to be a regular Argeneaut on the forum!

Hey, do you think Mortimer will hunt for me? I need to get BMIYC out and read his description again! It is very important to go by CANON. Must make sure the right enforcer is hunting for you! Mortimer must be special, because his enforcer story is first! (Cannot count Lucien or Victor...no C1 & G3, you know I'm telling it true...they sit on the council as well as enforcing...and DJ was just on assignment with Victor, it was not DJ's own book, although I hope we see him & Mabel on occasion!)
