If there were vampires...

I'm going on vacation in like 6 hrs and im excited and i cant sleep so here i am in lynsay's forum at 4 in the morning (im new here btw ) So instead of sleeping i find myself thinking about the argenues. And i was wondering if there were real vampires (nice ones like the argenues ofcourse not the creepy tv version) would you want to be 'turned' if you find your lifemate?

Personally I would do the ten year thing and then fake my own death.

*This has nothing to do with the topic but I'm just wonderin...is Mortimer the one that turned rouge and the one that took and turned Leigh? and if he was, isnt he supposed to be punished because he turned all those ppl?

Re: If there were vampires...

Hi and welcome to the forum! We have a great time!

***SPOILER WARNING ~ BMIYC***

Mortimer is an enforcer who works for Lucien. He was one of the enforcers who helped "rescue" Leigh. Morgan was the rogue who turned Leigh, and he was captured and terminated by the council. The next Argeneau book after Vampire, Interrupted is Mortimer's story.

Being "turned" by my lifemate might be okay, if after our long life on earth together we went on to heaven together!

wren I got cold tonight in Mississippi...

Re: If there were vampires...

Welcome Shaashaine. Do not forget to do the getting to know you that Lynsay has on the forum. It has some interesting and fun questions.

Being turned by my lifemate? Yes that would be interesting. Mostly I am a night person anyway. Having and reading all of Lynsay's books would be a bonus perk.

Moving every 10 years or so. You would get to see different places. You could also find a large piece of property secluded and build your own home. That way if you did not want to move for centuries you wouldn't.

Re: If there were vampires...

YES!!YES!!YES!! i am not in love with anyone am single would have to wait 11 years since i am 12 but still yes but only if they wear my lifemate

Re: If there were vampires...

Welcome Shaashaine. I pretty sure I would want to be turned by my lifemate. I can't imagine finding someone like that then losing them because I got old and died. The only thing that would disuade me is the whole pain thing. I am kinda of a coward when comes to that stuff.

P.S. Where are you headed off to or did you take some needed time off from?

Re: If there were vampires...

Welcome Shaashaine,

I too would like to be turned by my lifemate. If I have one, that is. lol I know the pluses and minuses of the deal well enough. I don't like pain but I'm sure with my lifemate by my side, I could do anything. Besides, isn't that what love is? Losing my family would be really hard but I think it will be worth it. I'm seriously convinced that the whole turning thing has only pluses. After all, how could you think being turned is bad after reading all 8 Argeneau novels?

Re: If there were vampires...

Heck yes i would so turn into an immortal! or vampire, which everone u prefer. that would be sooooooo cool!

Re: If there were vampires...

Re: If there were vampires...

Hi Shaashaine,

When you have time, please fill out the "getting to know you" thread. It doesn't take long, is fun, and gives us all a way to connect with each other...since we are all connected through Lynsay.

Hope you had a great vacation!

Re: If there were vampires...

Thanks guys..
I actually had fun in Wisconsin Dells. me and my family went to one of the indoor water parks (mt. olympus) it was pretty awesome the only thing i didnt like was the drive there and back because i was between my little brothers who look like angels in disguise ;) plus it took us like 4 hours to get there from chicago and it was cold. and as for the 'getting to know you' i shall do that right now

Re: If there were vampires...

Oh lets see..is this a trick question...heck yes I would turn...whats not to like about their lifestyle. Especially the Argeneau males, they are just eye candy.
