Competition Number 3

For those subscribers to the newsletter who are entering the latest competition can I urge to to read the instructions carefully.

It asks you to take a picture... with at least four of your favourite Argeneau books.

We included the word 'take' specifically so we can exclude pictures created using Photoshop or any other photo manipulation software.

Dave - who is going to be very strict on this matter.

Re: Competition Number 3

So, Mr. Spice, we are supposed to "take" a picture, and we are supposed to be in it with at least four favorite Argeneau books? Or, are we not supposed to be in the picture, but take a picture that includes at least four favorite Argeneau books?

It has to be a regular picture with nothing done to it, and sent to you via email or snail mail so that you receive it by March 15? I'm trying to make sure I understand the rules of this new competition, so that I can give it a try!

Re: Competition Number 3

It is not fair to make us choose. Wren..It said to take a picture of you and the books. If you do not have a timer on camera have someone take the pic of you and the books. Make a jpeg or gif and either e-mail or snail mail. If you need help with that e-mail me and I can walk you thou it. Hope this helps.

Re: Competition Number 3

I don't mind who takes the picture just as long as the person and the books are both present in the same place and at the same time as when it's taken.

Re: Competition Number 3

Thanks, Cindy. Yes, I will need help learning how to email a picture. If my sister & niece can't show me, I'll be calling on you.

And, thanks, now I understand what we are supposed to do. I was thinking too hard I thought I had misunderstood the original newsletter instructions, and that maybe Dave meant to take a picture "featuring" the books as the subject. Now you are getting "me" with my favorite books... Oh, so hard to choose...so that better be what you want!
