Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

Yes!! I did well...too bad I didn't get to enter the second contest. I had just received my book, and then I went to visit my family. My niece's internet was out, so I couldn't log in.

Thanks for posting the answers! wren

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

Thanks for the answers. Now what about the 2nd contest?

I know the Accidental Vampire will be after that.
Just curious.

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

Mr. Spice, I just signed up on the mailing-list....I hope that is where I can get the newsletter everyone is talking about.
I was just curious though, how often do the newsletters come out, so I know when to expect one??

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

Gena, we're trying to put a newsletter out every month - at least for the time being to coincide with the books being published.

Whether we can sustain it on a monthly basis and not have it become dull and repetitive remains to be seen.

I'll have a word with the house elf and see if we can get copies of the previous newsletters emailed to you.

Cindy, I'll try and get the answers to the second contest posted today.

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

Thanks!!! Mr. Spice, you are so sweet....If you can't don't worry about it! I came in late, and will start from the next one!!

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

Thank you Mr. Spice. You are a gem.SmileyCentral.com It is nice to see the answers even though we all know we were correctSmileyCentral.com

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

Gena - The house elf should have sent you the most recent newsletter. Please let me know if you don't receive it.

The next one should be sent out sometime next week.

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

It was nice knowing that I did well enough to be in the final drawing. I keep my answers, so I can check when you post them. Even if you don't win, it's fun to just test your knowledge of the books.I'm just that I missed out on the second competition. But, there is always the next one!

I love the newsletters. Even if you keep the same format each month, I don't think it will get old or dull. The crosswords are a blast, and some of the clues are really tricky. (Don't let Dave fool you, because making those crosswords may be hard, but he is good at it!) House Elf and Emma-cat write great Life with Lynsay editorials, or talk about what's happening at Spice Acres. It's always great to get news straight from Lynsay...even if she only has time for a short paragraph.

Don't forget February has Valentine's Day. Perfect for romance...and it coincides with the long awaited Thomas' book. It's always fun when you add a theme to the newsletter, like you did at Christmas. This year's Halloween/October newsletter should really be fun, with four more books coming out.

When we name our fave Argeneaus on the forum, I don't even add Thomas, because to me he is just a given. It seems like we all love Thomas! He is so popular that it almost seems like he has his own character fan club. My niece is almost finished with Love Bites, and she is already interested in Thomas' story, but she has to read the other books first. LOL

Thomas's story will be a early Birthday present to myself.SmileyCentral.com
Can't wait. Love the crosswords and editorials. I have to read Emma's & Tori's writings to Hooch. Or else she meows at me and head butts my arm until I read the whole newsletter. Yes you have a feline fan. She reads as I do.

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

I have to redirect the credit to where it belongs here and point out Terri is generally the crossword compiler - I only did one of them - the holiday theme - when she was busy with something else.

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

Both you Mr. Spice and Terri do a fantastic job. You keep us on our toes so we have to think.

Thank you again.

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

Mr. Spice i got it....that is so cool I was playing with the cross word, and can't wait for the next one! I wanted to thank you and Lynsay and everyone who helps, for all the extra you guys do to keep us in the loop!!

Thanks...G.

Re: Answers To Competition Number 1

My apologies, Ms. House Elf. I really enjoy your crosswords. They are fun & challenging. And Mr. Spice does a good job for you when you must be about other business! Thanks for all the work you put in on the newsletters, Terri!
