Not 'til Christmas, but 'til the release of The Accidental Vampire. Amazon and B&N have it down for Dec. 26th. I've never looked forward to the day AFTER Christmas quite so much. It will be a late present to myself. Then Jan. 29th and Feb. 26th, YEA!
I know I am. Just got my other 6 books back from a friend. Now I can re-read them close to the release of The Accidental Vampire. That way it will be a continuous reading. I just don't know if I can wait. The one in February will be a late Birthday gift for myself. But I'm worth it.
That's just what I PLAN to do. I have many other books in my pile that I SHOULD read first. I'd like to wait and hope to so I can get the three-punch thrill. But I'm not sure I'm determined enough to hold out. I suspect that I'll be reading each Argeneau book within a week of buying it.
Oh that is so MEAN Mr. Spice. I can't wait to read the books either. And I will probably be reading them coming out of the book store, bumping into people...lol. No self control at all, ah well.
At least it is less than a month now, 23 days to be exact.
Mmmm, I just love garlic. Sauteed with butter, mushrooms, & onions. Cooked in spaghetti sauce or in Mexican food. Staring at a garlic-shaped stress ball taunting me while I wait for my next book! Uh, maybe not that last one.
Thankfully, garlic doesn't ward off Argeneau immortals or their fans!
But, I think our dear sly Mr. Spice likes to tease us
It's close to Christmas, our lucky proof-reader! Cloves of garlic may end up in your stocking.
We've just received the first fully finished retail copy of The Accidental Vampire in the mail this morning. This is usually a sign that the books have gone out to the distributors and are heading toward the shops.
I'm not sure if all of the stores will have them for the 26th or exactly how the internet retailers will mail them out over the holiday period but we're keeping our fingers crossed that everything is on time.
