well, I know all lynsay books are great and can't to read A Quick Bite. I have pre-order and can't wait till next week for the book to come. I have just finish the Prefect Wife and was great.
Just picked up a Quick Bite today at Barnes and Noble. As soon as I finish Crimson Veil, the third Crimsom City book I am going to read it. Mom thought I was strange as I was sniffing the book on the way home. I love the smell of new books the paper and the ink. Also love the smell of leather bound books.
Cher
I am going to get A Quick Bite sometime to tomorrow and I plan to read it ASAP. I can hardly wait for to read it the wait is going to make me go bonkers.
I have just finish A Quick Bite and a great read. I could not put the book down and I didn't go to bed intill I finish the book. Now I can't wait for the next book in this series.
Great writing Lynsay!!!
Loved a Quick Bite. It was so funny. I really liked getting a bigger glimpse into Lucien. Can't wait to read his story. Now I can't wait till I get home and can reread the others. Now if I remember right the next is Single White Vampire and the Etienne story and finally Bastiens story.
Happy Dance I got my copy today on the way back from visiting our son To make it even better, they had one copy of The Perfect Wife left so I got it too!
My copy of A Quick Bite arrived this morning, Got to go Uni though (bummer), will read as soon as i get home, i can hardly wait. i'm not putting it down until i finish it then i'm gonna read the rest of the Argeneau Books again
I wish I could read all the other Argeneau books right now but will have to wait till I am home again at the end of November. Am still in Washington state helping mom out after her surgery. Plan on reading all the other Argeneau books in December when I get home.
So Lynsay how long do we have to wait till the next one. And will it be an Argeneau or historical? What is the next Argeneau book? See I am all ready to begin the countdown to the next book.
I think the next one is an Argeneau, though the next historical comes out around the same time. I believe the next book is July. It is A BITE TO REMEMBER, Vincent's story. The next historical will be Clarissa's story. I wrote it up as Clumsy Clarissa, but I think they'll change the title. In fact, they wrote me to ask if I had any ideas for a different title and I DON'T. Sigh. Have to think about it, I guess.
Woohoo!! Loved it. Can't wait to read more. Really love Thomas and want more of him. I'd love to be his lifemate. LOL That would like be totally cool dude.
Loved "A Quick Bite"! I particularly liked all the explanations in the book, stuff I was curious about. Even though we "knew" their story, it was fresh and very enjoyable. I love this series so much. Keep writing please!
I did have a question. The other 3 books have a much different cover, any reason for the change?
Susan,
Lynsay had a change of publisher between the times of LB, SWV, and TD&H and QB. The change of publisher is one of the reason Lynsay was able to write Quick Bite, the other publisher origionally didn't want Liss's story, just the three boys. There's no telling if the other publisher would have let her write Lisses story if she had stayed, though I don't think that was the reason for the swich.
Lynsay, when you return, please correct me where I'm wrong!
finally got to finish A Quick Bite inbetween essays and going on placement. I loved it ! I though it was fantastic and I love Thomas even more, now how great is he. You even got to see a nice side to Lucien.
Can't wait for more Lynsay, Your'e my Favourite Writer as always.
Thank you Theresa for answering Susan's question, and it was absolutely all correct. The new pub was the reason for the change in covers. Avon said "We don't do cartoon covers."
That's a shame Lynsay. Avon should have done cartoon for the A's. After all, the only reason I picked up LB is because I fell in love with that -CUTE- bat holding a rose on the front cover...not sure it would have even caught my eye if it wasn't for that.
Thanks Theresa and Lynsay for answering my question.
I didn't want to say it, but that's why I picked up SWV too, because of the cute cover, I think it captured Lynsay's comedy/romance style perfectly.
But the cover is only the teaser, its what's inside that keeps us coming back for more!
Hi!I was wondering where you get your ideas for the names of your characters?Like Lissianas cousins ?Julianna and Victoria?
Hope your Honeymoon is never over!!!
Gee, Laurie, that's a good question. Where do I come up with names? LOL. Hope you and Julianna and Elsie and the rest of the family are well and having a splendid Christmas.
I'm keeping mum, but I already know who Thomas's lifemate is. He hasn't figured it out yet, but he will I'm sure. It's no one you guys have met in the other books yet. He met her at work at ABB.

What exactly is the Argeneau Family Business. I know they do medical stuff because of Bastien's book and they deliever blood because that's what Thomas does, but what else do they do?
ABB is the Argeneau Blood Banks, but AE, Argeneau Enterprises, is the mother company and they are into just about everything. They're the mother company of companies that deal in Real estate, medical research, production, etc. Just about anything you can think of. Kind of like GE. They've been around a long long time, so have touched a lot of areas.
I just loved this book, read it all in one shot last night. Loved the chemistry between Greg and Lissi, the part where they were chained up to the wall was great.
I have to admit, thos were funny pars, but mine was when woke up and thought he was having a dream, because the girls were in his room in little babdy doll nities,....and then got real confused when he saw Thomas in spiderman PJ's.
I could just imagine, how quickly thiat dream could turn into a night-mare for some man! But I am positive, Thomas could totally rock it and pull it off!! It takes a special kind of man!
there is another funny part, but since you haven't read Love bite yet...i don't want to spoil it! Let me know when you 've read it and i bet you can guess!!!
Ps -> did I catch you were an Aussie!!?? Wher eare you from?? If you don't mind me asking, i lived there for while..so I get nosy!
I live in Brisbane, hopefully be getting it tommorow but I don't think the bookstore will have it until next week. But i'm hopeful that Interrupted will be there though
J4...not at all. Its just a small town outside of sydney. the name was abiriginal, but i can't for the life of me rembmer what it means....it was something strange! The outback is the big empty part in the center. Literally nothing, but the occasional homestead...and red dirt! Its beautiful at night though!
