Congrats on the ARC Lynsay...I've been meaning to say something.... but this week has been pretty busy. My eye Dr says one of my cataracts can be removed anytime...I'm holding off because it looks like I may have to have a complete Hysto..one of my ovaries has a cyst that seems to be growing and since I am post menopause they are a bit concerned...I don't get to see the GYN until the 27th of July...so everything else is on hold until then.

Sounds good to me Lynsay I know I'd love a chance to get my hands on a copy!

Ugh Jacquie. I think the waiting is the worst part. I have an issue myself I'm waiting to hear back on and it's taking forever. Hang in there.

Thanks Lynsay you too:) I try not to worry then I think of the times I had to wait for breast biopsies and how I worried and how they were all beneign...so I keep on thinking maybe its safer if I worry...LOL.. I know when I used to fly I was the one that stayed awake...I believe all flights need at least one worrier to keep it in the sky...I don't fly anymore...don't want to push my luck...LOL..

Funny you should mention it! I actually avoid contests with skill testing questions. Just knowing there will be one gives me a complex. It's like, what if I win and then my horrible math skills cause me to answer incorrectly and they look at me an say sorry we can't give you, watever it is. It's like my worst nightmare! Well maybe not my worst, but it's way up there! My math skills are saaaaad!

Yeah, I hear ya...my math skills suck too Thank goodness my hubby is an engineer! He's the math person in the family

Let me tell you how bad my math skills are. 17 years ago in high school I had to take the ACT and SAT tests for college preadmission. I scored a 30 out of 36 overall on the ACT and only scored a 19 on the math sections overall. On the SAT overall I scored a 690 with a 190 on the Math. I can add, subtract, and multiply fine but anything higher is beyond me. Now oddly enough my father was an engineer and taught college algebra at the local community college. My uncle teaches algebra and geometry at the high school. Needless to say the Math gene skipped me completely. Same thing happened when I took the GRE excellent on everything but the math score.

My regular end of the month check was interuped because my grandmother had a serous stroke Monday June 29th around 4am. We have an apointment tommrow to discuss hospice choices.

Wow...reading through old threads I refound this one and I discovered I never gave an update on this part.


My grandmother passed way around 7pm Tuesday July 5th, she was 93 years old.
