Right now I'm reading Bite by Laurell Hamilton, Charlaine Harris, MaryJanice Davidson, Angela Knight, and Vickie Taylor.

It's my first anthology. The writing and stories are very good ... I'm familar with LH, CH, and MJD and love their work. But ultimately the stories are just way too short and unsatisfying for me. No more anothologies for me I think.

I have a friend of mine that says the same thing about anthologies. I buy them cause I can't stand something happening with my favorite charecters that I didn't know about. FYI just read that Laurell K Hamilton is writing another novelette as she calls them right now. Like you I much prefer my stories as long as possible. If I get through a story too quick its like I just had a snack or an appetizer and I want more. I like a book that is long enough that when I finish it its like a full meal. Leaves me satisfied for a bit.

I'm currently reading Slightly Wicked by Mary Balogh. I read Slightly Married, fell in love with the family and had to have more!

I just bought Kat Martin's new Book...The Deep Blue Haven't started reading it yet...It is the last of the Sinclair Sisters triology...the other two books were really good so this one should be too. Even thought I am really a die hard Historical Romance Fan... Kat can hold my interest in her contemporaries. Not all of the Historical Authors I read do Contemporary well(My personal Opinon)...but Kat does...as does Christina Dodd.

At the moment I am direagarding the 2 piles of books waiting to be read for the first time and am re-reading the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. Right now, I'm in the middle of Seven Up and am so looking forward to Eleven on Top being released in June.

I think I read somewhere else in this board that the next Argeneau is coming out in November. Is it really that far off?

I'm reading "The Killing Dance" by LKH and I'm re-reading "Love Bites" again - just taking it slower this time...savoring the experience!

I'm afraid so Allison. Switching publishing houses with the series caused the delay. The books after it will only be six months apart though.

Hi. I'm just about done with Love Bites and am going to read Tall Dark and handsome next.

I read a variety of books, but when I hit apon a new author (for me,that is) and like their stuff, I tend to buy their books and read them till I finish them.

I've read about 80% of Richard Matheson's work (the father, not the son-even thought I've read a lot of the son's stuff, too). Koonts and King and Harris are also my faves.

This series is about one of my favorites!
