Hey Lindsay, I know you're writing about Lissanna, and Vincent and Marguriette, but were you planning to write anything for Thomas? I was re-reading Love Bites for the fifth time at least, and I just began to ponder if you were. Thanks ^_^
I have ideas for Thomas and I will no doubt write it, but whether it is published or not depends on whether these three books sell well enough that someone wants to print it. I have my fingers crossed.
I noticed that on the new releases on lynsay website it says that A Perfect Wife Is coming out a month before A Quick Bite, i was wondering if anyone new where to preorder it as i have looked around and can't find it. I have preordered A Quick bit with amaxon bit they do not have the Other.
The Perfect Wife isn't up anywhere yet. Dorchester is much slower than Avon at these things. In fact, I only got the cover for it on Saturday. I'll announce it here when it's up at Amazon and I am scanning and sending the cover tonight for my webmistress to post it. Though I can't guarantee when she will get it up.
Well you know how HAPPY I am about The Perfect Wife I've been waiting a long time(well it seems like a long time ) for another Historical from you....Can't wait until October Color me HAPPY!!!
I know Jacquie. It seems like a long time since The Chase to me too, but it was even longer between it and the historical before it. As long as I stay at Leisure, the historicals will be nine or ten months apart. They were supposed to be nine, but this one is ten. I'd rather have them closer together myself. I started with historicals and as fond as I am of the Argeneaus, historicals are my first love. So, we'll have to see what happens.
Also, I notice there's been a change in covers for me in historicals. The cover for The Perfect Wife is similar to the The Chase except instead of a horse in a vast landscape, it is the back of a very distant female figure in a white lace dress. I don't know why the sudden change. I have no say in the cover, but I'll be interested to hear what you guys think when my lovely, wonderful webmistress gets it up.
Hmmm, it is at amazon.ca and amazon.co.uk, but I couldn't find it at amazon.com yet. Odd. I'm sure it will be there soon too.
Speaking of which, I shall write to my webmistress again and see if I can't encourage her to post the cover. Keep your fingers crossed. Part of the problem is she's trying to rebuild the site so that I can do updates. As it is, I can't do a single thing here but post on the forums like the rest of you. Sad huh? She didn't understand that I wanted to be able to update it myself, so that I could post covers and do a weekly "What's new" section, etc.
Or actually, she did, but she thought I could learn the dreamweaver and flash programs needed to do so........Bwahahahahahaha.
Sorry, I leave those programs to people who took courses to learn them, like I leave my taxes to my accountant. I am a writer, and while not completely computer illiterate, find these programs frustrating. So, she is busily rebuilding it. Actually, I gather she's mostly done rebuilding it, but has run into a problem with the 'back button' or something and is trying to resolve it around her other jobs. So....I wait.
