UGh!! Winter has finally hit us here in England. It's snowed the last several days in a row. Until yesterday it mostly melted by the next morning, but yesterday the hills were still white with snow when I got up, and today while it's pretty much melting on the sidewalks in town, it's still white on the roof tops and still coming down. Bleck. Oh well, I shouldn't whine, I know it's ten times worse in Canada and the northern U.S. but I sure am ready for summer.

I got some good news, my sisters are coming to England at the end of April. YAY!!!!!! Poor Dave, lol. My sisters and I can get pretty yappy and giggly when we're together. Maybe I'll give him a break and drag them off on a tour after a couple of days, maybe take them to Scotland then France and Spain or something, both places are just a hop from here. Anyway, that's my good news for the week. I can't wait for the end of April. They're timing it so they arrive right after I finish Vincent's story, so I'll be ready for a break

I feel your pain Lynsay! We're still getting snow here in Ontario. Some days it's a balmy +6 and other days (like today) it's -14. Sunny though. I guess that's a plus :)

I'm glad to hear that your sisters are going to visit! You deserve a nice break! I always wished I had a sister for some giggly times...Wow, I'd love to be that close to Scotland (and France and Spain)!! You're going to be a world traveller soon!

My hunny gave me an early Valentine's pressie and took us to Venezuela. We were there with the baby for two weeks. Imagine wearing swimwear (with a nice cover-up of course) for two weeks...it was bliss! Ok, so there was a small lizard incident...and a cockroach....and a small electrical fire on the last day...but if I had a choice I'd be on the next plane back there!

Venezuela! Sighhhhhhhh. Sun, sunshine, warm weather, sun, beach, sun...sigh. Lucky you! I'm envious. Glad you had a good time despite the..er..lizard, cockroach and "small electrical fire" LOL. Gees, your vacations sound like mine
