It will not be the form that JS believes in. It will be the anarchy with a constable that we had before revised for the modern world.
The folks like JS that want all services provided by contract forget that a Constitution and constitutional law is nothing more than a contract. This is what gets you collectivists hated today -- you break the contract, we have formed, in favor of the rule of man instead of law.
