Well done on the miniatures! The Hound looks especially badass with his helm on, extremely ugly without it, awesome. Jaime and Cersei are spot on to me, and look very cool, although I feel Loras should have a little cockiness to his look, a little more headstrong. But I'm no critic man, and I think you guys did a great job1

They are great...i cant wait to buy and start painting them. What I think would be the best (if possible) to add one character from each region/family/sect etc per month. So its only about 10 ppl a month.

I'm sure this has been answered already, but what are the minis made of? (the green colour looks like plastic)

the green stuff is "Green Stuff", the putty Tom Meier uses for sculpting the miniatures. These pics are displaying the original sculpts, the prototypes from which the minis will be produced. The figures you will buy will be cast in pewter like all the other Dark Sword miniatures. No plastic.
