Theme: Management of red eye.

Options:

a. Immediate antibiotic therapy

b. Enucleation

c. 0.5% prednisolone drops 4 hrly

d. 0.5% prednisolone drops 2 hrly + cyclopentolate

e. 3% pilocarpine + acetazolamide

f. 500 mg acetazolamide

g. acyclovir drops

h. Total iridectomy.

i. 5% fluorescein drops.



Question: A mother brings her 2 yr old child with a squint. On examination a leukocoric right pupil is seen with an absent red reflex.
