As to the whole frames VS tables thing, I personally think that frames look rather clunky... A table looks much sleeker and smoother. I never liked frames to begin with. My other website only had frames because half of my readership pressured me into using frames.

And then when I did, the other half pressured me into using getting rid of the frames... so... yeah.

Besides, a lot of good websites nowadays don't use frames, and most of the ones that do have some really nasty scrolling problems.
