Disillusioned is a good thing. It means you are awake, and see reality, as it is. Now, all is needed is to survive it, and and implement what you think is better, whatever, and whenever you can.
I think justice goes hand in hand with mercy. Without mercy, there is no justice.
So, I don't seek justice. Part of what I do whenever I'm thinking and acting in the world, is to actively spread libral amounts of mercy.
