Hello. My name is Sharon Greene and I am the founder of an online community called the World Wide Web Circle of Friends. We are hard at work with the preparations relating to this reunion and part of these prepartions of course is accommodations. We are trying to make this trip as cost effective as possible for our membership. One of our members and her husband - Lois and Bruce Hinson - have advised that they have booked into the Comfort Inn in Chatham for their stay in Canada.

Please advise if you offer discounts for group bookings. A brief description of your hotel and room amenities along with your best possible prices would be most appreciated; please include things such as complimentary breakfasts, etc. so that I can pass this information along to our membership. For your information we will be contacting other motels/hotels in the area and we hope The Comfort Inn is the World Wide Web Circle of Friends choice of accomodations.

Additionally, at the end of the reunion, some of the membership will be going on a tour to Indiana which will necessitate an overnight stay; we would appreciate your recommendation as to affordable accommodation in the Bristol area.

I will be publishing a corporate sponsorship site and would be proud to advertise the Comfort Inn-Chatham within this site. The reunion will be a very exciting event, a chance to showcase Canada to the world. For many of our membership this will be their first visit to our beautiful country and something they will talk about for a lifetime.

Pat and I will be roomies together at the Comfort Inn for a week-plus of activities in Tilbury. My grand daughter Chelsea and I are going to take Amtrak from my daughter's home (St. Louis) into Niagara Falls on the Canada side. We're going to arrive the 14th. We will be spending time after the official reunion to partake of the many plans... Pat and I will have a two-bed room and I'm sure we could get a rollaway brought into the room for a third person if someone would like to join us. It will be a grand slumber party! Hotel space is definitely scarce!

This is getting more and more exciting by the moment... With expedia.com wanting payment at the time the reservations are paid to get that good price --- so there will be no turning back!!!! If you have someone in mind for a third party, holler at them immediately, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeze.....
