Morocco Property surely is the worlds best kept secret, well until now anyway! It is the Uks nearest exotic location and most people think that its all desert but on arrival there you will be shocked to see the luscious greenery that Morocco property offers. The climate is just about perfect it’s warm in winter – around 17°C, and hot and dry in the summer – around 30°C. The beaches are exquisite and there are many attractions to this beautiful country including stunning golf courses, water skiing, sailing, scuba diving, riding through miles of gorgeous countryside, hunting, hiking and then of course there is the wonderful culture to explore. Morocco property is becoming a great fascination for property investors and tourists alike.
Marrakesh
The main area of interest is Marrakesh which a mixture of North African, French and Spanish Influences. Marrakesh is a busy city with all the hustle and bustle you night expect that goes with it, the only thing that is missing in Marrakesh is the sea but it does have many excellent golf courses and hotels, as well as having the fantastic Atlas mountains close by. As an investor if you manage to get your hands on a Raid – which is a townhouse built around a central courtyard with a fountain – then you are in luck, this type of property is very popular and has doubled in price over the last four years.
Communications
Morocco Property’s infrastructure is due to be upgraded in the near future, a huge project called vision 2010 is the way forward, there is to be a tunnel constructed from Spain to Morocco property which will be stared in 2008, and with it, it should bring a plethora of holiday makers eager to try it out! The hope is when it is finished that Morocco Property will have a 10 million increase of visitors creating a massive requirement for rental accommodation. |
