Message:		I spoke to Alex earlier today. He's feeling a lot better today, last night's result certainly helped him. His leg is strapped up and it looks like he'll be off work for a few weeks. He sounded pretty good and didn't appear to be in much pain now. He's back at his parents, Fareham/Portchester, so I'm sure his Mum will be taking care of him.
