A unique question's come up here from myself and our legal team on the duty of care for customers. Are we required to do more than contact 000 for customers and offer our first aid kit prior to paramedic arrival? The concern there is the liability risk should something worse happen as a result of our providing care. I know, I'm coming from the litigious USA, so just asking the questions. |
