Subject:		Product liability after closing business.

Message:		We are about to close our Pty Ltd company. Like a lot of business the economic down turn has done us in. Can someone tell me or advise me of a link. I want to know if our liability for faulty garments (infants) ceases with the closure of the business? I assume our product liability insurance policy ceases with the business altho I can check that with our insurers. Any advice appreciated & thanks.
