Message:		Is there anyone (or do you know anyone) out there with demonstrated expertise in ammonium nitrate (or other explosives) transport, storage and management from a health, safety, security and environmental perspective. If there is please respond promplty as I have a client looking to outsource some work. We will need to demonstrate real expertise to get the work and it will need to be done urgently.
