i was an employee at a local grocer here in la. i was directed by one of my managers to clean the floor with a bucket of soap he directly pointed to the bucket. i opened the bucket starting using it got burned by alkyline acid had several skin grafts . chemical co. says evidence shows where a decal should have been.three witnesses at the store had seen the bucket laying around for months didnt know what was in it cause it did not have a label or if u would a MSDS sheet adhered to it. now they are refusing to pay for my damages

Who is refusing to pay? Your employer seems to be clearly negligent. Have you been paid workers comp or had your medical expenses paid?
